the hotel's location proved ideal it was a short walk to both the national mall and the wharf area i also appreciated being close to the l'enfant metro station it gave me easy access to the airports and other metro lines the check-in process was straightforward and the facilities felt modern and clean. i found the design quite nice. i would stay again.
the king room felt rather tight for two people. the bed was positioned against three walls , made it difficult to get in and out from both sides.

the location was quite convenient , near the metro.
the room was too small , like a cruise ship cabin. the air conditioning seemed stuck at a chilly 24 degrees. i couldn't adjust it with the ipad , and had to buy warmer clothes to sleep in. it really put a damper on my stay , despite the hotel's modern look.

the check-in and check-out processes were smooth. the staff was friendly. i could easily order food from the bar and restaurant downstairs. the location was very convenient.
the room was very small. the bed was against three walls. i had to climb over my partner to get in and out of it. there was no coffee maker in the room, i would expect this.

The self check in was super easy. My room had efficient space utilization. The staff was pleasant. They were helpful and eager to assist when I needed something.
The room felt dusty and the tablet needed some cleaning. when asking for towels, I wish they gave hand towels along with the body towels.

I appreciated the seamless check-in process using the terminal. Staff assistance was readily available. my room included blackout shades. the room was quiet. the location allowed easy access to the smithsonian air and space museum.
the lack of a coffee machine in the room was a bit inconvenient. i would have enjoyed having that amenity.

The room was too small. It felt really cramped. I couldn't open a window either. The air conditioning was stuck at 24 degrees! I couldn't adjust the temperature with the iPad in the room. I had to buy warmer clothes just to sleep. This messed up the whole visit.

Check-in and check-out were fast. The hotel is within walking distance of museums. The US Capitol is also close by. L'Enfant Plaza is nearby. It is a major metro station with lines going everywhere. The room decor felt contemporary with state of the art electronics. The room was very clean.
The pillows were not comfortable. I couldn't sleep well . The wind bothered my neck.
